Working principle of PE Jaw Crusher

Jaw crusher machine uses motor as its power. Through the motor's wheels, the eccentric shaft is driven by the triangle belt and slot wheel to make the movable jaw plate move by a regulated track. Therefore, the materials in the crushing cavity composed of fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate and side-lee board can be crushed and discharged through the discharging opening.

Structure of PE Jaw Crusher

Jaw Crusher is made up of frame、flywheel、movable plate、fixed plate、toggle plate、set adjustment、main bearing etc. The toggle plate is used for protection.

How does PE Jaw Crusher Work?

How does JCE Jaw Crusher Work?

Through the triangle belt, the flywheel is driven by the motor. Then the flywheel drives the eccentric shaft to make the movable jaw plate do reciprocating motion.. Materials will be crushed when the movable jaw plate move towards to the fixed jaw plate. End products will be discharged through the discharging opening when the movable jaw plate move backwards.
