Choose grinding machine based on the final material size

The industrial mill’s output size is meaning the final size of output powder, measured by micrometer or mesh. Mesh count is measured by counting the number of threads per inch or per centimeter. The larger mesh indicate the finer particle size, and the smaller mesh indicate the larger particle size. plus or minus sign before the mesh indicate        whether pass the screen. Minus indicate the material of this mesh can pass the screen, namely, the material size smaller than mesh size. And plus sign indicates the material of this mesh can’t pass the screen. For example, “-100 mesh to +200” mesh indicates those material can pass the 100 mesh screen, but not 200 mesh screen. When screening this material of -100 mesh to +200 mesh, put the 200 mesh screen below the 100 mesh screen so that the final material can be get on the 200 mesh screen.

Micron, we usually mean the size of powder particle size (maximum length of particles). Such as: special aluminum hydroxide H-WF-100 ‘s powder particles is 100 micron or 148 mesh, specialty aluminum hydroxide H - WF-15 ‘s powder particles is 15 micron or 988 mesh.

According to fineness, industrial milling machine can be divided this way:

rough crush: raw material particle size in the range of 40 ~ 1500mm, the final size in the range of 5 ~ 50mm

medium crush: raw material particle size in the range of 10 ~ 100mm, the final size in the range of 5 ~ 10mm

micro crush: raw material particle size in the range of 5 ~ 10 mm, the final particle size below 100μm

ultra-fine grinding: raw materials in the size range of 0.5 ~ 5mm, final size below 10 ~ 25μm.

How does PE Jaw Crusher Work?

PE Jaw crusher machine uses motor as its power. Through the motor's wheels, the eccentric shaft is driven by the triangle belt and slot wheel to make the movable jaw plate move by a regulated track. Therefore, the materials in the crushing cavity composed of fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate and side-lee board can be crushed and discharged through the discharging opening.

How does JCE Jaw Crusher Work?

Through the triangle belt, the flywheel is driven by the motor. Then the flywheel drives the eccentric shaft to make the movable jaw plate do reciprocating motion.. Materials will be crushed when the movable jaw plate move towards to the fixed jaw plate. End products will be discharged through the discharging opening when the movable jaw plate move backwards.
