(1)Put the reducer base into foundation pit,fill the bottom plane and use the level measuring instrument to adjust the up plane.(For mining machine with 5R or 6R, you should first adjust transmission base.)
(2)Install the transmission device on A plane and fix it with bolt.
(3)Adjust the base B plane using frame line level measuring instrument .Calibration point can be the 4 points of cross line.
(4)Before adjusting base B plane,you should first mat anti-vibration rubber pad at both the location of base bottom plane contacting cement base and the bolt joining place between bases.
(5)The concentricity errot of C、D couplings should no larger than 0.30mm.
(6)The gap between couplings should be maintained at 5-8 mm .
(7)The parallelism error should be not more than 0.1mm.
(8)The mining machine with 4R、5R、6R adopts pin couplings.
(9)Electrical equipment should be accurate and reliable.
(10)The location and height of plumbing should be in accordance with assembly diagram .Anyone should not arbitrarily change it.
PE Jaw crusher machine uses motor as its power. Through the motor's wheels, the eccentric shaft is driven by the triangle belt and slot wheel to make the movable jaw plate move by a regulated track. Therefore, the materials in the crushing cavity composed of fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate and side-lee board can be crushed and discharged through the discharging opening.
Through the triangle belt, the flywheel is driven by the motor. Then the flywheel drives the eccentric shaft to make the movable jaw plate do reciprocating motion.. Materials will be crushed when the movable jaw plate move towards to the fixed jaw plate. End products will be discharged through the discharging opening when the movable jaw plate move backwards.
